2025 Prom Dates You Need to Know
Monday, March 31st, 2025: Prom Permission Forms and Guest Request Forms Made Available
For all in-building students: All permission forms and guest request forms will be passed out in homerooms.
Additional copies of all forms will be available in the high school office as well as on your Junior Class Google Classroom Page.
PRCTC Students will need to pick up their forms in the high school office or print forms from their Junior Class Google Classroom Page.
All permission forms must be turned in prior to purchasing a ticket. If a student does not turn in prom permission forms, they will not be permitted to purchase a ticket.
Wednesday, April 16th, 2025-Friday, April 25th, 2025: Prom Ticket Sales
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased during high school lunch or after school from 2:50-3:10 in Mrs. Zickafoose’s classroom. Tickets CANNOT be purchased in the office.
All permission forms must be turned in prior to purchasing a ticket. If a student does not turn in prom permission forms, they will not be permitted to purchase a ticket.
Tickets will be available for purchase Wednesday, 4/16/25-Friday, 4/25/25. All tickets must be purchased by Friday 4/25/25. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.
Monday, April 21st-Wednesday, April 23rd: Prom Court Voting
Ballots for the 2025 Prom Court will be posted to Google classroom. Students will have access for initial voting on Monday, April 21st. Ballots will close at 11:59 pm.
Final voting, to determine our Prom King and Queen, will take place on Wednesday, April 23rd. Ballots will close at 11:59 pm. Prom King and Queen will be announced at the end of Grand March.
Thursday, April 24th, 2025: Prom Promise and Set Up

Students who have fundraised to be on the decorating committee will report to the cafeteria following lunch clean up (approximately 7th period; 12:27) to decorate for the second half of the day.
PRCTC students who fundraise and qualify to be on decorating committee must speak with their instructors and contact Mrs. Zickafoose if they are required by their instructor to provide an excuse from class.
Friday, April 25th, 2025: Prom Set Up
Students who have fundraised to be on the decorating committee will report to the cafeteria after morning announcements to decorate for the entire day.
PRCTC students who fundraise and qualify to be on decorating committee must speak with their instructors and contact Mrs. Zickafoose if they are required by their instructor to provide an excuse from class.
Saturday, April 26th, 2025: Prom Day
5:30 PM Grand March Line Up (Auxiliary Gym)
6:00 PM Grand March (Main Gym)
7:00 PM-10:00 PM Dance (Parent Dance will be Announced)
10:30 PM-1:30 AM After Prom
